Each class will begin with a safe warm-up that focuses the mind and prepares the body for dance. With a teaching style that is energetic, patient, and encouraging, experienced dance teacher Sharon Montella will help students develop their creativity and confidence, as they build strength, flexibility and coordination - all while having a blast!
