This class will focus on birth as a healthy and normal event, emphasizing natural pain relief methods by practicing relaxation techniques, movement and positions for each stage of labor and birth, patterened breathing techniques, as well as other comfort measures.
We will discuss all aspects of labor and birth, as well as breastfeeding, newborns, and postpartum care.

Classes lead by Certified Childbirth Educator,
Lactation Counselor and Mom, Jean Sheehy.
