Free Kids Brazilian Capoeira Class

The class will begin with a basic warm-up, and will be followed by an introduction to various capoeira moves employed in the game. Students will receive a workout of the mind and the body, as experienced capoeirista Instrutora Sereia guides them to explore their capacity of movement, balance, coordination, and flexibility, while building their self-confidence and control.
