This class views birth as a natural and normal event. We will emphasize natural pain relief methods through relaxation, visualization techniques, movement, and more. We will also like discuss anatomy & physiology, the roles of hormones in pregnancy and labor, how to recognize early labor, and the stages of labor and birth.

At Crunchy Granola Baby, we’re also flexible in tailoring the class to suit different parent’s needs.
