Temperament and Your Child
Wednesday, May 12, 6:30-7:45 p.m.

Every person is born with certain characteristics. What is your child’s temperament? How do temperamental characteristics influence your child’s behavior? Participants will gain a strong understanding of and appreciation for their child’s temperament and gain ideas for how to respond to their child.

Fighting and Biting (ages 1-5)
Wednesday, May 19, 6:30-7:45 p.m.

Many parents have concerns about their children fighting or biting. This workshop helps parents understand the developmental reasons for this type of behavior in toddler and preschool aged children. Learn some strategies for helping children manage anger and discover new ways to respond to hitting and biting behavior.
