If you like playing with your food, this is the class for you. You’ll get to have your hands in the flour as you learn to make your own fresh pasta and sauces. You will make the dough, roll and cut the pasta in the traditional Italian style. You will also create classic sauces to compliment your fresh pasta. It’s a pasta party!

Recipes include: Pepperoni Lasagna Rolls, Fresh Veggie Pasta, Ziti al Forno with Meatballs, Cheesy Basil Ravs with Butter Sauce, Pasta Carbonara.
