A local artist will give instructions about how to make fabric postcards that can actually be sent through the US mail as first class postage. All materials will be provided. The program is part of the museum's on-going exhibt about Quilts and Stamps. Children will also receive a free packet of stamps and information about how to start a stamp collection.
