Since 1987, this annual event has entertained guests with music, 100 craft and fiber artists, demonstrations of traditional shearing and herding dogs, and historic re-enactors, on the beautiful grounds of this historic, 50-acre estate.

Advance tickets are encouraged and will be available to purchase in March.

4-starGreat time
We had a great time! Parking was a little disorganized, but the events and crafters were fantastic. You HAVE to see the sheep herding dog demonstration
5-star22nd Annual Sheep-shearing Festival At Gore Place
We went to the 2009 festival with our 2-year old and had a great time. We definitely plan on going back each year. Get there when it opens for free parking - it seemed to fill up fast.
