The event is open to all families in the community, and admission and all activities are free of charge. “Family Fun at the Beach” will feature live music, carnival style games, inflatable jumpers, face painting, prize drawings, a sand castle building contest, volleyball games, and other activities which are being added daily.
The day winds down with a free showing of the family film, “The Lorax” on the beach at sundown.
Food and drink will be available for purchase from vendors and local area businesses or families may bring a picnic to the beach.
