Quincy hosts its Harvest Festival two weeks before Halloween, encouraging kids from kindergarten to fifth grade to take their costumes for a test drive at the annual children's Halloween parade. Judges from the local arts and business communities will award prizes in several creative categories, motivating wee trick-or-treaters to work their imaginations.
Enjoy music from Oldies 103.3 DJs who will be offering entertainment and giveaways between 12:00noon to 2:00pm. Vendors and booths will be manned by Quincy Center eateries and crafters.
