Smörgåsbord Nordic Food Festival will include five featured stations representing each of the five Nordic cultures: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland and Finland, with a dish - taste them all and be the judge of the winning culture!
Enjoy samples of Scandinavian desserts from Danish Pastry House and Crown Bakery, along with a taste of cardamom ice cream from Christina's Homemade Ice Cream!
Visit a Viking encampment from the Viking Irish and witness craft demos, taste a Viking Stew and await a live battle reenactment!
Enjoy tastes from Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Iceland while visiting Nordic vendors, listening to live music and taking part in other foodie fun! Don’t forget the return of everyone’s favorite Vikings! Visit their encampment, listen to their music and watch them fight to the “death.”
