Scottish heavy athletic events are traditional events involving traditional equipment, not to be confused with Scottish heavy athletics with 'strongman' competitions, which involve lifting cars, loading kegs, etc.
The St. Jude Highland Games has something for every age group. From shopping at the craft tables, grabbing something from the grill, just sitting back and watching the event, to pony rides and face painting, St. Jude Highland Games will entertain everyone in the family.

From the North:
Take Route 93/Expressway South to Route 3 South (heading toward Cape Cod).
From Route 3, take Exit 16B onto Route 18 South.
At the fifth set of lights, take a left into the Naval Air Base.
Follow Shea Memorial Blvd through the base for about half a mile until you see the field on the right.
From the South:
Route 3 North to Exit 16. Take a left onto Route 18 South At the fifth set of lights, take a left into the Naval Air Base. Follow Shea Memorial Blvd. The field is about 1/2 mile down on the left
