Enjoy a day-long exploration of the fiber arts at Spencer Peirce Little Farm. Shop the vendors, take a class, bring your knitting, your spinning wheel or your sock machine and enjoy a day of community with your fellow fiber enthusiasts.

There will be several workshops and demonstrations, allowing you to expand your horizons in the fields of knitting, spinning, weaving, dyeing and more. Sign up for workshops in advance (details to come) or just come and enjoy many free demonstrations throughout the day.

Lunch will be available for purchase.

The circa-1690 stone and brick manor house will be open from noon to 3 p.m., and refreshments will be available for purchase.

The 230-acre Spencer-Pierce-Little Farm represents Newbury’s farming heritage and features a 17th-century stone and brick manor house. The house will continue to be open for guided tours Friday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Oct. 15. The grounds are open year round.
