This New Hampshire tradition continues as a seasonal favorite on the huge Deerfield Fairgrounds located at 34 Stage Road on Route 43 in the Deerfield countryside.

This fair truly provides something for everyone during the four full days of arts, animals, entertainment and midway rides.

There are dozens of buildings on the property that provide exhibits of all kinds, including agricultural products, flower shows, petting barns, a farm museum, and over 100 specialty vendors.

The Deerfield Fair is well-known for its many outdoor arena events, including horse shows, a demolition derby, tractor pulls, horse and stock pulls and its exceptional entertainment, including music, magic, singers and dancers!

A few highlights: the 4-day Horse Show begins at 9am on Thursday. The Woodsman’s Contest is Thursday at 10am. The Tom Dixon Band performs on Thursday at 7pm. The Flying Wallendas Family Circus has performances daily on the Main Stage. The Miss Deerfield Fair Pageant is a favorite event held on the Main Stage, Friday at 7pm. Pig Scrambles are held daily at 2pm.

The Little Miss Deerfield Pageant is on Sunday at 10:30am. The Antique Doodle-bugs event is Sunday at 9am and the Demolition Derby is Sunday at 5pm. There are many strolling performers and shows throughout the 4-day fair.

Sheryl Bolduc, President of the Deerfield Fair Association would like to announce, “We are happy to let everyone know that we are once again offering ticket sales online on our new and user friendly website. Those who purchase online tickets enter our Fairgrounds in the quicker, faster, separate online entry lane.”

1-starReview
The Deerfield NH, fair is the dog of all fairs in NH. Save the gas money. It may be the oldest, but as ag fairs go, they are beating a dead horse... What a waste.. But it could be worse, I could have driven from Boston. Please do not consider this fair a representation of all the fairs in NH. If you want to go to a good fair, do Hopkinton or Cheshire.
