The Woods Hole Film Festival will hold it’s Annual “Kids Day” for children 12 and under on from 2-4 PM Sergeant Daniel M. Clark, known as “The Singing Trooper,” will host a program that combines fun animated shorts with live action mixed up with songs, games, refreshments, and prizes. At Redfield Auditorium.
Clark performed in uniform while representing the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a state trooper since his entrance into the Police Academy in 1985. During this tenure he sang at more than 2,500 events for federal, state, local, and military functions, including performing 25 foreign National Anthems, in native dialect, for visiting dignitaries and sporting events. For 5 years he could be heard on Radio Disney as 'Trooper Dan' promoting safety for children. In July 2005 Clark retired from the Massachusetts State Police to pursue a professional singing career.
Admission is $5 with a maximum of $20 per family. Tickets can be purchased online through www.ticketweb.com, or at the door.
