This four week program for 3-5 year old kids and parents focuses on heathly cooking and fun physical activity! Each 90-minute session includes 45 mintues of movement adn play and 45 minutes of cooking and eating. During the cooking portion of the program, the theme will be reinforced with a story read to the children as they eat. Parents will receive handouts or news articles on topics relevant to the nutrition topic of the day.
