Rhythm Kids is an innovative music and drumming program that enables children to integrate rhythm into their lives while having fun! This exciting, high-energy class blends hand drumming with exercise, singing, movement and games designed to develop concentration and cooperation. Rhythm Kids is well known for its ability to aid in the understanding and memorization of rhythms through fun and simple phrases.
For instance: Monkey eat banana! (Mon-key eat/ba/na/na). Your child will be provided with a djembe drum to be used during class and a DVD to support their practice of that session’s rhythms at home. It is not necessary for your child to have a drum to practice at home. Use any surface! For more information about this program, visit www.rhythmkids.com
