Our goal is to make fitness more accessible for mothers. Our flexible fitness classes and personal training options provide an accomodating and supportive environment to help mothers achieve their health and fitness goals.

Pre-crawlers are welcome in all fitness classes. Additionally, we offer many coordinating art and toddler gym classes for the older siblings. So mothers, enjoy the time to yourself, while the kids have fun too!

Fitness Classes:

Mama Muscle: Total Body Circuit Training
This multi-level class is designed to accommodate mothers of all skill levels from beginner to intermediate. Its circuit training design allows you to progressively work towards improving stamina, strength, speed/ agility, and balance at your own individual pace. This total body workout involves low impact aerobics, weight training, core conditioning, and allows time at the end for stretching and relaxation. Accommodations will be made for prenatal participants.

Mama Yogi: Basic and Intermediate Classes
These classes balance many principles of Ashtanga Yoga with a more creative, and less predictable Vinyasa-flow format. The result is a challenging and athletic, yet peaceful and invigorating yoga experience.

This style of yoga uses heat-generating sequences of postures, or asanas, a mind-focusing breathing technique, and a varied sequence of postures, personalized to meet the experience, needs, and desires of students. These classes are appropriate for new and experienced students wishing to strengthen the foundation of their practice. More difficult sequences and poses are introduced in the Intermediate class, with the goal of building strength, flexibility, and focus. Accommodations will be made for prenatal participants.

Pre and Postnatal Classes:

Mama To Be: Prenatal Weight Training
This prenatal fitness class is designed to help physically and mentally prepare your mind and body for motherhood. This total body workout includes weight training, gentle, low-impact aerobics, kegel exercises, and stretching. This class is open to women in all stages of pregnancy and all fitness levels.

Mama To Be: Prenatal Yoga
This prenatal yoga class is designed to accommodate women in all stages of pregnancy. It combines gentle sequences of stretching and movement with breathing and meditative components, designed to help develop strength, stamina, and flexibility. When practiced regularly, yoga can help reduce common pregnancy-related discomforts such as tension, anxiety, and muscle tightness.

New Mamas:
This multi-level class is designed to accommodate new mothers of all skill levels, beginner to intermediate. Its circuit training design helps build strength, stamina, and balance. This total body workout involves a combination of low impact cardio and weight training, and allows time at the end to emphasize core conditioning, stretching and relaxation.

Nap Time Care: Staff is available to care for your children (pre-crawlers and up) and engage them with quiet, relaxing activities such as book reading, drawing, music listening, and/ or nap time during pre and post-natal classes.
