Classes include basic punch, kicking, judo to learn how to fall and roll, and obstacle courses. The classes are geared towards physical and mental fitness.
Classes are divided by age beginning at age 4. Uniform is included in program fee. See our website for more information and class schedules. Come in and try a free trial class.
We also offer adult programs including Tai Chi, judo, kung fu and tae kwan do.
