This is a Seafood Throwdown between chefs Mike Hanley of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Jeffrey Walker of JD’s Catering, with ingredients courtesy of Egleston Farmers Market and Red’s Best.

Celebrate the Fruits of Our Ocean will be held at the Roxbury YMCA which is most easily accessible by taking one of the following bus lines 23 from Ashmont, 28 bus from Mattapan, 14 bus from Roslindale, 19 bus from Fields Corner, once there walk to Martin Luther King Boulevard to the YMCA, see you there!
