In these classes, Jennifer will create delicious, nutritious breakfast, lunch, brunch, snacks and smoothies that not only taste amazing, but that are healthy for you too!
Jennifer will guide you through the process of making the dishes, whilst you learn the ‘why’s behind this year’s healthy food trends and Instagram favorites.
Take a break from work during your lunch hour to learn about healthy eating and create a new recipe!
These classes are structured as “Make-and-Take;” you will create a healthy recipe (with Jennifer’s instruction) and then take it with you to eat on the go.
There will also be seating available in The KITCHEN if you’d like to eat it right away.
Every Friday - each Friday session takes about 35-40 minutes so you can drop by anytime between 12:00-1:30 pm.
