The Friends of the Franklin Library Annual Book Sale is no ordinary book sale, it’s an event. You can find bestsellers, cookbooks, non-fiction, and so much more! The book sale is scheduled for Saturday, May 19, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. or start early at the Friends Member Only Sale on Friday, May 18, from 4 to 8 p.m. (The Friday sale requires a membership donation of $15 or more.) The sale takes place in the community room (lower level) at the Franklin Public Library located at 118 Main Street, Franklin.
The Friends of the Franklin Library Annual Book Sale features current popular titles, classics and extensive collection of children’s books as well as videos and DVD’s. Prices range from $.50 to -$1 for used books and higher prices for special items. Funds raised from the book sale benefit the Franklin Public Library, the first public library in the nation.
