Come join Concord's 21st Annual Musketaquid Earth Day Celebration on Saturday, April 30, 2011.

Concord's Earth Day celebration includes these pre-event activities:
Earth Month Exhibit - Opening reception Friday, April 22, 5-8pm, National Earth Day.
Earth Float Workshops - build a sculpture to launch on the river!
Saturday, April 23, 1–4 pm

Musketaquid Earth Day Celebration on Saturday, April 30, 2011!
10AM - begin with song, performers from the water, and fun at the River Ceremony at the Lowell Road Boat Launch;
10:45AM - continue with puppets and music in the Earth Day Parade, from Lowell Road Bridge to Emerson Umbrella Center for the Arts;
11AM - enjoy food, arts and crafts, exhibits and more at the Arts and Environment Festival, at the Emerson Umbrella.

Event begins at Lowell Road Boating Landing, 1/4 past the Colonial Inn in Concord MA. Festival at Emerson Umbrella Center for the Arts, 40 Stow St in Concord. See web site for details.

  • Come early, park in Concord Center and walk to the River Ceremony. Grab a puppet and join the Parade. Picnic, face paint, explore, listen and dance at the Festival.
