The group has four goals: One, build a community of girls: two, develop a sense of self-worth,,, self confidence, and self-advocacy; three, celebrate women’s history and contributions; and four, learn nurturing ways to keep themselves emotionally healthy.
Therapeutic group sessions include expressive art activities, journaling, & meditation to support self actualization…it’s not all talk!
