Your child will use their imaginations and go on a yoga adventure through song, fun poses, games, art and laughter. They will increase flexibility, strength and coordination while building self-esteem, focus, concentration and social skills. It is recommended that parents stay in the studio or lobby during class. Parents are also welcome to participate!
