Individuals are encouraged to raise a minimum of $100 per hour of participation. In 2009, thirty-seven health clubs around New England participated in Spin for Hope and raised nearly $345,000 to support the American Cancer Society in their mission to save lives and create more birthdays by helping people stay well and get well, by finding cures, and by fighting back against cancer.
