Four weekly classes will cover what to expect during labor and birth, how fear affects labor, and how to prepare for your birth.
Learn techniques to release fears and relax deeply and, in turn, have a rewarding, stress free birth for you and your baby.
Fee includes textbook, two practice CDs, and handouts.
HypnoBirthing is taught by Kim Bradlee, MW, HBCE of Alternative Birth Care.
Kim is a Consulting Hypnotist and is certified by the HypnoBirthing Institute.
She is also a birth doula, and has been a midwife for over 15 years.
