We are excited to let the community into our church and show them all health services we provide on this day.
Local organizations will be providing several services including:
• Glucose and blood pressure screening
• Blood Drive
• Health Information Sessions
• Assistance and applications for MA government benefits such as health insurance, food stamps, and food bank.
• Activities for children
• Music and much more.
We are also delighted to be a part of this diverse community, and look at this Community Health Fair as an opportunity to bring the community together.
