To support the fight against breast cancer, Fire Up Fitness, located at 440 Main Street, Stoneham, in the ACE Hardware Plaza, will offer four Knock Out Breast Cancer Boxing Boot Camps, throughout the month of October.
Each 45-minute boxing-bootcamp will be held on four Sunday Mornings in October, at 9:30AM -- Sunday October 4th, Sunday October 11th, Sunday October 18th, and Sunday October 25th.
Local residents, surrounding community members and guests are welcome to take part in one or all of these high-energy training sessions for a great cause!
All 45-minute Knock Out Breast Cancer Boxing Bootcamp sessions will consist of a wide variety of awesome exercises to Fire Up the Physique of any teen or adult, regardless of gender, ability or exercise level, integrating boxing, bodyweight, resistance bands, TRX, battle ropes, weighted balls, interval training and core work.
Boxing Bootcamp Participation & Registration The cost to participate in each Knock Out Breast Cancer Boxing Boot Camp is $25 per person per session.
Cash only, registration in advance, please.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Susan G.
Komen for the Cure.
