Head permaculturist Debby Richards will lead the class and guide participants through the uses and benefits of common, aromatic herbs.
Then, you will mix a batch of fire cider, a healthful warming tonic for seasonal colds popularized by herbalist Rosemary Gladstar.
We will discuss drying techniques and the beneficial attributes of herbal remedies, demonstrate harvesting practices, and every attendee will bring home samples at the end of the workshop.
