Stop by between 3:00pm and 4:45pm on Tuesday OR between 12:30pm and 4:45pm on Halloween day dressed to impress and you could win a whole host of Halloween goodies. There will be winners chosen for multiple age groups. Winners to be announced on All Hallows Eve.
