Learn techniques to release fears and relax deeply and, in turn, have a rewarding, stress free birth for you and your baby. HypnoBirthing is taught by Kim Bradlee, MW, HBCE. Kim is certified by the HypnoBirthing Institute. She is also a birth doula, and has been a homebirth midwife for over 10 years.
Learn more about Kim and hypnobirthing at www.alternativebirthcare.com Tuition fee is $295 per couple. Fee includes textbook, two audio practice CDs, and handouts.
