Dr. Christopher Willard, a psychotherapist in Boston and author of Child's Mind, will provide an overview of mindfulness and meditation techniques for children and young adults.

So many of us spend our time rushing around and doing, taking little or no time for just being.

We – adults and children – are overbooked, overloaded, and anxious.

Stressed out parents and caregivers can unintentionally create stressed out kids.

Dr. Willard, a psychotherapist at Tufts University (and in private practice), will provide an overview of mindfulness and meditation techniques designed to empower children and adults.

Dr. Willard teaches parents and kids that confidence and power come from the ability to be aware of and comfortable with ourselves and our surroundings.
