the lexington tattoo and fife  drum muster photoEnjoy a weekend of 18th Century Music, Pageantry and Entertainment.

The William Diamond Junior Fife & Drum Corps is hosting its 21st anniversary tattoo & muster. This event will draw 30 regional fife and drum corps for a two-day festival of Revolution-era military music.

Friday evening's Tattoo features the renowned U.S. Army's Old Guard Fife & Drum Corps, the official ceremonial escort to the President, playing alongside the William Diamond Juniors, Kentish Guards and Middlesex County Volunteers on the historic Lexington Battle Green.

Saturday's Muster begins at 12pm with a short parade along the Battle Road to the muster field at the Minute Man National Historical Park.

Following the parade will be a day filled with music, history, entertainment, and fun for all.

There will be colonial crafts people displaying their wares and 18th century encampment demonstrations.

A brief parade, ending at the Minute Man National Historical Park visitor center, will include 30 fife and drum corps and marching units from all over the Northeast.
