Brookline Music School presents Faculty Concert, “Mozart Manie” with faculty member Thomas Carroll on basset clarinet, and guests from Ensemble ad Libitum on Friday, February 27 at 7:30pm in the Bakalar Recital Hall for all ages at no cost.

Ensemble ad Libitum performs on historical instruments, including a rarely seen basset clarinet, which will be featured in “Mozart Manie.” Thomas Carroll, clarinet and basset clarinet; Go Yamamoto and Lisa Goddard, violins; Zoe Kemmerling, viola; and Denise Fan, violoncello will combine talents and perform Anton Stadler’s Caprice no.

1 for solo clarinet, and W.A. Mozart’s Quartet no. 1 for Clarinet and Strings, and Quintet for Clarinet and Strings.
