A special all-ages class. Come explore the world of expressive movement
and dance together with your child! Using balance, coordination,
strength and flexibility, we will explore dance as play in this
Nia-based all ages class. this class will be fun, energetic and will
workout your imagination, as will as your body.
Nia is an expressive fitness fusion program which incorporates dance,
martial arts and yoga. It is a great cardio workout and lots of fun!
3 Sundays:
January 22, 30, and February 6
3:00 - 4:00 pm
