New Moms group for newborns to precrawlers & their Mommies
In this group we will explore ways to celebrate the journey into motherhood. Each group will begin with a warm-up using the arts and lead into a discussion where Moms will have the opportunity to connect to one another and share thoughts and concerns. Through the use of visual art, music and movement, massage and relaxation techniques we will talk about how we can continue to grow personally while caring for a new baby.
