- New Moms tell us:
- * It helps you feel you're not alone - as if we're all having growing pains together!
- * People talked about absolutely anything - even sensitive issues - and felt comfortable.
- * I loved connecting with other parents in such a supportive environment.
- * It was wonderful to share, and in some cases, commiserate, with other new parents going through the same experiences.
- * It's important for first-time parents to talk with one another for a sanity check!
- New Dads tell us:
- * It gave me confidence as well as new ideas that made those early weeks much easier.
- * The leader was awesome - smart, warm, caring, high-energy. She got absolutely everyone to participate.
- * I enjoyed learning about the stages of child development from the leader, and also got good tips from the other parents.
- * I liked both Moms and Dads in a group - rather than just Moms or just Dads.
- * I was surprised we had so much in common with all the other new parents.
- * We're already making plans to stay in touch after the WarmLines group ends.
