Please join us for our next General Meeting on Thursday, October 13, from 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm. This evening will consist of age-based discussion rooms, followed by a brief business meeting and then a guest speakers Sabine St. Pierre and her twin sister, Bethany Hart.

Sabine is a former elementary school teacher, chef and owner of Sabine’s Cuisines. Bethany is a former Olympic athlete and personal trainer. Together Sabine and Bethany founded Fusion Lifestyle ~ “Where food & fitness come together.”

The presentation topic is “How to Fit Healthy Food and Fitness into Busy Lifestyles” and will include meal planning ideas, healthy eating tips and how to incorporate fitness into busy lifestyles.We look forward to seeing you at St. George's Catholic Church at 74 School St. in Framingham.

WSCMMOTA General Meetings are commonly held on the second Thursday of the month from September to June in Framingham, MA. We do not meet during the month of December. Meetings begin with age based discussion groups, followed by refreshments, announcements and a guest speaker or social activity.
