Prenatal Connections creates a safe space to:
* Connect and confide with those who can relate
* Discuss birth plans, preferences, hospital and provider choices
* The benefits and decision-making process about doula support during labor
* Get information on classes you hope to take and connections you’d like to make to build your confidence
* All pregnant mamas are welcome, at any point during pregnancy.
Discussions will be based on participants' questions and interests.
Come learn from each other, with a certified Childbirth Educator and birth doula to guide your prenatal connections to one another.
Topics frequently discussed may include:
* Preparing your home for a new baby
* Dealing with aches, pains, and various side effects of pregnancy
* Choosing a childbirth class
* Approaches to labor and delivery
* Concerns and fears about becoming a parent
* Introduction to local resources for new parents

Directions Within the Brewery
Enter the main building at the Brewery Complex (by ULA) take the elevator on the right to the first floor. As you exit the elevator, take a left, and follow the long hallway immediately to your right. Go up a small set of stairs (or use the elevator lift), and take the next left. Mama & Me is on your left hand side. We are located just before the Tony Williams Dance Studio.
