Adoptive Families Together (AFT) works to provide education, advocacy, training, and support to families, professionals and communities about the unique circumstances inherent in the adoption experience. Our groups are a parent to parent model and are open to anyone personally connected to adoption. Folks can just drop in, or they can contact us with questions about the group or our program. AFT’s focus is on child-centered parenting, parent empowerment, and peer-to-peer connections.
We want to share info on our Greater Boston area groups – Brookline, Cambridge, Jamaica Plain, and Roslindale.
