This 2-hour workshop explores the foundations of infant and toddler sleep and provides an overview of gentle techniques to support the development of new sleep patterns.

If you are a parent of an infant of toddler, chances are, you have questions about your child’s sleep.

“My baby will only sleep for a short time and wakes frequently. Why?”

“She was sleeping for 4 hours a couple weeks ago, and now she’s waking up every hour. hat’s going on?”

“I keep reading all these sleep books, and they all say something different and make me feel like I’m doing something wrong!”

Books and blogs give new parents a wide range of advice and suggestions about how to help their child sleep.

The sheer amount of information can leave new parents feeling overwhelmed, confused, and unsure about their options.

This 2-hour workshop explores the foundations of infant and toddler sleep and provides an overview of gentle techniques to support the development of new sleep patterns.

Parents will obtain scientific information about sleep patterns and approaches to support developmentally appropriate sleep patterns in their child.

This workshop does not promote a “right way” to help a child sleep; rather, we will provide information and tools that can empower parents to make choices that are right for their own families.

During the second hour of the workshop, there will be time for individual questions and answers.

In this workshop, you will learn:

Why babies and toddler sleep the way they do How biology and psychology affect your child’s sleep Developmentally appropriate expectations for your baby’s or toddler’s sleep Gentle techniques to support the sleep learning process Tools and strategies that you can apply with your own child and family Registration Details: This workshop is open to all parents of children under 2 years.

Babies in arms are welcome.
