Parents will acquire specific massage skills such as proper rhythm, pressure, and positioning.
Each week, parents will learn strokes and techniques to address a different part of their infant’s body, and, over the course of the four week session, both parents and babies will become more comfortable and familiar with the routine of daily massage.
Infant massage is an ancient tradition that encourages bonding and communication between a parent and baby.
In addition, infant massage can promote extensive health benefits that can last a lifetime.

Enhances neurological development Deepen bonding and communication between parent and infant REGISTRATION DETAILS:
This class is intended for non-mobile babies four weeks and older (belly button should be healed).
Since infant massage is an interactive experience between a baby and a caregiver, this class is intended for one parent or caregiver per child.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and to bring:
A towel or blanket
Natural oil (nut free, please) or lotion A small soft toy
