These hands-on watercolor painting workshops enable artists of all skill levels to create their own greenspace-inspired masterpieces. Learn how to capture Boston in bloom from local artists.
Instructors Clarence Washington and Anita Turner, each offering over 40 years of professional experience, welcome artists of all skill levels to join them and capture Boston’s historic parks in bloom. The free workshops include instruction, all materials, and discount coupons provided by Blick Art Materials.
All classes are held from 12 noon to 2 p.m. weather permitting. Dates and locations are as follows:
Saturday, September 12
Jamaica Pond Boathouse, Jamaica Plain
Sundays, September 13, 20 and 27
The Public Garden, Boston
Saturdays, September 19 and 26
Schoolmaster Hill, Franklin Park, Dorchester
