Enjoy a musical for kids, presented by local Irish musician Shannon Heaton! With traditional and original Irish-style folk songs, Trad Kids: The Cupcake Ball tells the story of Agnes P. Mouse and the friends who come to her strawberry-and-spinach cupcake ball.
Shannon Heaton's Trad Kids is an interactive family-friendly musical, featuring a cast of lovable characters and simple 'trad' (traditional) and original songs. In this edition of the show, 'The Cheering Up Cupcake Ball,' Agnes P. Mouse tackles a bout of wistfulness by throwing a party for her friends Fritz Frog, Harold the Toad, and Lenny Lizard.
Kids learn new vocabulary words, join in on simple chorus songs, and are encouraged to be supportive of their friends. Parents will also dig the smart music and humor.
