Bob the Magic Guy and an entourage of fellow magicians will amaze you with sleight of hand, illusions, and comedy magic . . .

You will experience an evening of fascination and mystery as magicians display what the art has brought to the stage for 100-Years.

You’ll enjoy magicians who foremost are pure theatre entertainers whose tantalizing power rests as much in the way that they develop, gesture, direct and design their performances as in their uncanny ability to challenge and deceive you with mirrors, games of thought and highly-coordinated sleights of hand.

This line-up of theatrically inclined wizards include Bob the Magic Guy, who recently thrilled the Regent Theatre Centennial Gala audience with his escape from padlocked chains in honor of Harry Houdini’s work 100-Years ago.

He and his colleagues from The International Brotherhood of Magicians will work hard to define and redefine what you know and finally think of a magic show… by taking you through the years in which magic has evolved and by performing what has been marveled at over those years themselves.

Arrive early to enjoy the performers doing closeup magic before the show.

From The Great Lafayette who laid the groundwork in the early-1900’s to Harry Houdini in the 1920’s and Marco the Magi presenting Le Grand David and his own Spectacular Magic Company in Beverly, Massachusetts in 1977 From David Copperfield, Criss Angel or Siegfried & Roy to David Blaine, Penn & Teller. and P.T. Selbit being hailed for seemingly sawing people in half on-stages around the world.

From Doug Henning’s Broadway opening in December in 1975 when he ushered in a new “Golden Age” when more than 50-Million viewers tuned-in for the first broadcast of The World of Magic and saw Henning successfully perform Houdini’s water torture illusion to Shock Illusionist Dan Sperry the Anti-Conjuror - who recently performed on the Regent Theatre Stage in 2015.
You and your family will most certainly NOT want to miss this…
