Prospective students and families are invited to tour the school, learn more about the Montessori teaching method and meet the faculty and staff.
The open house will also provide entertainment for prospective students provided by ‘The Gym Bus’ and ‘Music Together.’ The Gym Bus’ is a gym on wheels that provides safe, healthy and fun instructed physical activity.‘Music Together’ is a national instruction program that specializes in teaching the importance of music to children in the early years.
Open since the fall of 2015, BMSS provides a unique learning opportunity for toddlers through elementary-aged students, helping each child to reach his/her own individual potential through a learning atmosphere that promotes peace, harmony, and respect, based on the Montessori principles of education.
In addition to traditional lessons in math, art, and science, students at BMSS are introduced to a practical and gracious life curriculum, including the French language, theater and violin, classical piano, and guitar lessons.
