In our 6th Year of Greater Boston School Vacation programming, J.A.B Step INC brings back our Vacation Basketball program.
Led by Boston Hoops Legend Al 'Ski' McClain (UNH / NBA) & Kyle Morris Basketball Coach/Mentorship Director; Former Pro/Semi-Pro Athletes, current/ former college/high school Basketball Stars, and our community partners.
Groups divided into 3 levels based on skill & confidence..
Beginner through Advance (Freshman, JV, Varsity)
• Basketball 101 & Advanced
• Banking / Saving (TD Bank)
• Dribbling / Shooting/ Passing
• Defense / Rebounding & Box-out
• Physical Fitness & Strengthening Tips
• Personal Hygiene / Motivation Building Workshops
• Swimming / Aquatics Fun & Fitness (Facility Pool)
• Computer Edu-tainment & Youtube Workout Routines
