Make the Concord Museum—a gateway to Concord's history—part of your family’s 2017 Patriots’ Day tradition as we commemorate “the shot heard ‘round the world” with activities for visitors of all ages.

After the Patriots’ Day parade, stop by the Museum to enjoy patriotic crafts for families, try on colonial clothing, and explore the Museum’s outstanding collection of objects that were witness to the events of April 1775 - including the famous, “one, if by land, two, if by sea” lantern.

Explore the Concord Museum’s outstanding collection of treasures from April, 1775 including the famous “one, if by land, two, if by sea” Revere lantern; a sword from one of the soldiers of the British 10th Regiment; the sword of Minuteman James Barrett; a pair of pistols belonging to Major John Buttrick, the officer in the Concord Militia who gave the order to fire; and a fife played by a young boy.
