Stop by the Growing Center 2pm to watch and learn as sap from local trees is boiled down into pure maple syrup over a warm fire.
Enjoy syrup-tasting, music, kids activities, tapping demonstrations, and more! All ages are encouraged to attend (children should be accompanied by adults).
Everyone is welcome to stop by to learn about and taste the sap & syrup collected from Somerville trees. Free and open to the public.
